ON ARRIVAL
Arriving at the airport / train station in France :
- Collect your luggage
- Transfer : We can arrange for you to be met
by a driver at the airport or train station. The driver will meet
you at the exit area of customs and will be holding a sign with
your name.
(Conditions and prices
for transfer).
- Then the driver will take you to the residence hall.
(On the student’s departure the driver will take the student
to the check-in desk or to his/her seat on the train.)

At the residence hall :
- As soon as the student arrives at the residence
hall, he/she will be looked after by a member of staff.
- All official and important documents (plane ticket,
insurance, administrative documents, passport etc) will be kept
together in a folder.
The student will be given copies of the documents.
Each student’s pocket money will be kept in a safe place.
- Deposit of 80 Euros must be paid.
- Information about dinner times (7 p.m.) and about
the evening meetings (9 p.m.)
- Visit of residence.
Student will be given his/her key and introduced to people he/she
will be sharing the room with.
- Students will be given time to settle in.
- 7 p.m. - Meal
- 9 p.m. - Information meeting for new students
